About Us
First established in 1844 as Rapid Ann Presbyterian Chapel and consecrated as a church in 1857, we are nestled in the beautiful countryside in Mitchells, Virginia, southeast of Culpeper. We are a congregation of the Presbytery of the James, Presbyterian Church USA.
We are pleased that you are visiting our website and we hope you will decide to visit us in person. We invite you to worship with us, to meet our church family, and to participate in the life and ministries of our church.

The foundation of Mitchells Presbyterian Church is God’s grace. We worship the God who seeks to give to us all the time and in many different ways.
